Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

Advanced Trigger Point Therapy

Fire & Ice Treatment

Therapist incorporates the products prossage (Fire) and cryoderm (Ice) into massage on safe areas of the body causing pain.

Prossage-loosens up the muscles by relaxing thermoreceptors and increasing the flow of oxygen which provides a myofascial release for a deeper massage. pain relieving.

Cold Stone Therapy

Cold Stone: It is done the same way as hot stone massage only the stones are chilled.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone: Deep tissue massage incorporating smooth heated stones. During a session the therapist uses stones in strokes then does stone placement on specific points of the body. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, enhancing the effects of the massage.

Reduces inflammation, improves flexibility, improves circulation, reduces stress and anxiety, boosts immune system, and improves sleep. Also helps with chronic headaches, fatigue, muscle spasms, and repetitive stress injuries.
